I have been seeing Dr. Vargas for a few months now. I was living with extreme right shoulder and neck pain for over a year and after my first adjustment I felt immediate relief. I was suffering for a long time and was missing work from not being able to sit at my desk. Recently I started experiencing widespread joint pain that was debilitating and he took the time to look up a technique to try with my symptoms. Immediately after the adjustment all of my pain went away and I could move all my joints with ease. He provided me with suggestions to diet and suggested and taught me many exercises to rebuild my muscle strength in my wrists and shoulder. He also gives great resources for workout equipment. He is also really sweet and listens to his clients well.
